An AI secretary is only useful if it reaches where your work is. And your work lives in two very different places: internet services, and what sits inside your network.
What is on the internet: nothing to install
Your email, calendar, social networks, website or shop can already be connected from outside with a permission. That is why Secretar.IA will work from your browser and phone: sign in, connect your account and talk.
You can revoke that permission at any time, and its token is stored encrypted in our cloud.
What is inside your network: with an agent
A browser cannot open a command line, SSH into your server or reach a system behind your firewall. For that, you install a lightweight agent on your machine or on a server (Windows, Mac or Linux).
- No open ports. The agent connects out to us; nothing connects in to it.
- Credentials stay there. Those for servers and internal systems always remain in the agent.
- Your policy decides. Even when an order reaches it, it only runs if your policy allows it or you have approved it.
There is one limit: if the agent's machine is off, those tasks wait. For operations, an always-on server is best.
And your phone, as a remote
Nothing runs on the phone. From it you talk, send voice notes and approve with a button. The cloud or your agent does the work, and it all goes in the log.
What does each plan need?
- Personal and Professional: online, nothing to install.
- Team: online, with an optional agent if you have internal systems.
- Technical: agent included and required: servers, logs, databases and repositories.
